A decade, woven together
On 15 November 2025, at L7 West Lake Hanoi by Lotte Hotels, D.CHIC marked ten years with two runway chapters exploring Vietnamese craft and identity.
D.CHIC Limited | Craft in contemporary form
Rattan and bamboo weaving, mother-of-pearl inlay and wood carving informed knots, intersections and sculptural folds. Deep red, earth brown and cream recalled the silk paintings of Nguyễn Phan Chánh.
Áo Dài by D.CHIC | A living heritage
The 2026 collection drew from ca trù singing, Hàng Trống prints, northwestern flora, court bird paintings and silk craft. Raw silk, Nha Xá silk and velvet gave depth to embroidery and embellishment. The season also introduced bridal áo dài with hand-embroidered lace.
The people behind the show
Artists, customers and friends joined D.CHIC for the anniversary. Backstage, Creative Director Thảo Nguyễn and the runway cast reflected the collaboration that brought the two collections to life.
