E-commerce Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage our stores on e-commerce marketplaces

• Propose campaigns and help shape the development strategy of the e-commerce team.

• Monitor marketplace stock and adjust it to match the system inventory; upload complete product images to the stores in line with our standards

• Collaborate on content and store design for each campaign

• Manage orders, answer customer questions and respond to feedback on products, prices, warranties, the stores and more; resolve issues involving partners.

• Follow up on tasks and on the progress of support from the relevant departments

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 01 year of experience in e-commerce.

• A marketing mindset and skills in content creation, creative work, and photo and video concepts are an advantage

• Preference will be given to candidates who love wearable, everyday fashion and have a keen aesthetic sense

• Enthusiastic and hard-working

• Base salary + sales commission (%), with average earnings of 8.000.000 – 12.000.000đ
