Online Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Advise each customer on the styles that suit them best across the brand's online sales channels.

• Present products, promotions and customer policies accurately, in line with your training.

• Look after customers during and after the sale, in keeping with the brand's service standards and culture.

• Contribute ideas to improve the performance of the Online team.

• Carry out other related tasks as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 06 months of experience in ONLINE SALES / FANPAGE MANAGEMENT / SALES CONSULTING / CUSTOMER CARE

• A passion for fashion.

• Female, aged 18 or over.

• Sales or advisory experience with brands in the same segment is an advantage.

• Hard-working, quick, self-motivated and highly responsible.

• Good advisory and communication skills.
