JOB DESCRIPTION

* Store sales management

  • Directly train and schedule sales associates, coach them in selling skills and drive sales to meet the targets set by the company.

  • Draw up the store's business plan and sales targets. Allocate individual targets to sales associates, and support and motivate them to achieve them

  • Follow the direction of senior management while putting forward proposals and initiatives to meet or exceed the sales targets set by the Company.

* Store operations management

  • Maintain the store's image and the visual merchandising of products in the showroom.

  • Organise and allocate tasks within the store so that it runs smoothly.

  • Look after merchandise, check stock levels and carry out daily, weekly and monthly stock counts. Handle stock transfers in and out across the store network.

  • Liaise with and report to the ASM, the OM and specialist departments on in-store issues

  • Work with the accounting team to ensure takings are deposited and stocktakes are completed as required;

  • Work with senior managers and staff to roll out promotions

* Store team management

  • Work with the recruitment and training departments to recruit and train new staff

  • Schedule shifts, train staff and resolve workplace conflicts

  • Allocate individual sales targets fairly

  • Maintain and strengthen team spirit among store staff.

  • Resolve conflicts at work with team members, colleagues and managers, and keep a positive attitude that helps the store team grow.

  • Carry out other tasks as directed and assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female candidates preferred, aged 24 to 40

  • Communication: quick, warm and welcoming, with clear pronunciation and no strong regional accent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in fashion; experience in luxury fashion is preferred.

  • Skilled in managing merchandise, people and sales.

  • Good problem-solving skills and tactful communication.

  • Able to compile information and report on it

  • Good computer skills (office software)
