Head of Warehouse & Logistics

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage warehouse operations in order to:

• Ensure accurate and efficient receiving, dispatch and stock control

• Ensure the timely supply of materials and trims to production

• Ensure finished goods are delivered on schedule

• Keep stock at optimal levels and prevent losses

• Ensure compliance with 5S

• Improve warehouse operating efficiency and staff productivity

- Main responsibilities:

• Warehouse operations: organising day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory and conducting stocktakes

• Materials and trims warehouse: controlling incoming materials and trims, their issue to production and wastage

• Finished goods warehouse: receiving finished goods, managing dispatch and handling defective goods

• Managing and developing the team

• Managing the systems (ERP/SSE)

• Other related tasks as assigned by your line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management

• Experience in apparel / manufacturing preferred; a sound knowledge of garment industry processes is an advantage

• Data analysis and reporting skills

• Problem-solving, communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage and coordinate staff

• Attractive income based on ability, from 18-22 million VND
