D.CHIC accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags attached.

Return process

    Contact customer care: call our hotline or message us on Zalo within 7 days of delivery.

  2. 02

    Send the item to a showroom: must have original tags, box and receipt.

  3. 03

    Receive exchange or refund: D.CHIC processes within 3-5 business days after receiving the item.
